Using the Form below, you can send the device-id.bin file to receive the license file (device-license.bin), which is required to complete the installation of GEN5W Customware on your car multimedia.
- Enter your Order Number following the simple rules below:
- Latin capital letters
- No spaces
- Observe the dash “-“ if applicable
- Enter your Order Date.
- Enter your E-mail address carefully.
- Enter SW Version of your multimedia device.
- Upload the device-id.bin file.
- Click the Submit button. The following message should appear “The Form has been successfully submitted (a copy has been sent to your email). Thank you.”. If this message does not appeare, the Form has been completed with errors, please check and resubmit.
- Immediately after submitting the Form you will receive an e-mail confirming that the file has been successfully submitted, and within 1-2 minutes you will receive the second letter with the GEN5W license (file device-license.bin in the attachment to the e-mail).
