    very complicated process to follow. I contacted customer services on quite a few occasions for help and still could not get my car head unit to read the update. Your agent became more and more negative towards me and I have asked for a full refund as he can not help and it would seem the product is faulty.

      We investigated your email correspondence with our agent.
      The following was understood:

      1. You asked assistance to extract the archive with MNE customware: I am unable to find any program to extract it.
      Our comment: The MNE customware is provided in a regular archive with the .rar extension.
      Our agent provided the relevant information: To unzip this archive you may use any zipper, for example WinRAR, WinZip, 7-Zip.
      2. You had a problem to extract the archive anyway.
      Our comment: The agent provided you with the extracted MNE files in the Google cloud.
      He sent the relevant comment as well: Please download this file and folders using the above link to your PC, format your USB, copy the file and folders to the USB, insert the USB into the multimedia device, follow the Installation Instructions item by item.
      3. In your reply you stated: I think this is a very complicated way to sell the product.
      Our agent was asking:
      What is complicated?:
      – To download the archive file
      – To extract the archive file
      – To copy extracted files to a USB
      – To insert a USB to the multimedia
      Our comment: These are standard actions to install any software.
      In particular, about 1 thousand MNE installations have been successfully completed since 2016.
